In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless context requires otherwise:

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of Members prior to their first withdrawal. |
| "Real Money Balance" | Funds deposited by a Member into their account using supported payment method, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to applicable requirements. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The minimum total betting turnover required before Bonus Funds or associated winings may be converted to a withdrawable Real Money Balance. |
To register an account and use the imau4u Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information during registration. imau4u reserves the right to verify all registration information against independent data sources at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be your sole responsibility until you notify imau4u of any unauthorised access via our24/7 live support channel. imau4u shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Where imau4u identifies multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and access permanently restricted pending investigation.
imau4u supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players. All transactions are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM):
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment channel and Member account tier.
Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX are credited to your account in real time. Bank wire transfers may take one to three business hours to confirm depending on the originating bank. imau4u does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All funds deposited into your imau4u account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts in the name of another individual are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and funds being returned to the source.
All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts on the imau4u Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
To submit a withdrawal request, Members must have: (a) a fully KYC-verified account; (b) a positive Real Money Balance exceding the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold; (c) satisfied any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; and (d) an account in good standing with no pending security reviews.
imau4u targets the following indicative processing windows, subject to KYC status and payment system availability:
Processing times are indicative and may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional security verification is required. imau4u does not guarantee processing within these windows and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
A valid Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal. Members will be required to submit a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Exceptions may be made at imau4u's discretion in circumstances where the originating payment channel is unavailable.
imau4u offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 35x) and qualifying game types will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
imau4u monitors bonus usage across all accounts. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are grounds for immediate bonusfeiture and account action:
imau4u reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's account in good standing, except where fraud or system error is involved.
All games offered on the imau4u Platform are powered by certified game engines using independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are independently verified and available for review in each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected round will be settled in accordance with imau4u's game-error protocol. Where a bet cannot be definitively settled, it will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's account balance.
For sports betting, all odds and markets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. imau4u reserves the right to void bets where odds are published in error or where a betting market is affected by an event that renders fair settlement impossible.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the imau4u Platform. Breach of this clause may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the imau4u Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, trade marks, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of imau4u or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal recreational purposes. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; reverse-engineering any software or game code; or using any imau4u trade mark or branding for commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, imau4u's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their imau4u account in the sixty (60) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
imau4u shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, however arising, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit imau4u's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Malaysian law.
imau4u is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Members. The following player protection tools are available to all registered Members at any time through the Account Settings panel:

imau4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) there is suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) the security of the account has been compromised; (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires such action; or (e) continued operation of the account poses risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Any Member may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting imau4u's24/7 live support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the settlement of pending transactions will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC compliance and provided there is no ongoing fraud investigation.
Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms and Conditions — in particular provisions relating to fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or multi-accounting — imau4u reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds.
imau4u collects and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and role-based access controls — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Your data will not be sold to third parties.
imau4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Members by posting an updated version to this page with a revised "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, by in-platform notification or email.
Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange account closure.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the imau4u Platform, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good faith negotiation.
Should a dispute not be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent imau4u from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
